A woman has been allegedly been caught in Sydney drink driving for the third time since May.

The 36-year-old was pulled over early on Friday morning after she ran a red light at the intersection of Pitt and Goulburn Streets in the CBD, police said.

A breath analysis allegedly returned a result of 0.205, more than four times the legal limit.
