Woman charged after alleged phone call to Sydney business
A woman has been charged over an alleged offensive phone call to a business in Sydney's east.
A 49-year-old woman who operates a business in the city's east told police she received a message on her phone on the morning of Sunday, December 21, that caused her immediate fear.
Officers attached to Operation Shelter investigated and yesterday arrested a 26-year-old woman at a Meadowbank home at about 4.30pm.

She was charged with using a carriage service to menace, harass, and/or offend.
She was bailed and will appear in court on January 15.
Operation Shelter was established in October 2023 to respond to antisemitic threats.
