A flood warning has been issued for the NSW central west with heavy rainfalls expected on Sunday.

The widespread rain is set to cause minor to moderate flooding on the Belubula River at Canowindra and Mandagery Creek at Eugowra, NSW State Emergency Services say.

Further warnings have been extended to Macintyre, Peel, Gwydir, Namoi, Bogan, Macquarie, Lachlan, Murrumbidgee and Murray rivers.
