Two-year-old revived after near-drowning
AAP
A two-year-old girl has been revived after nearly drowning in a backyard pool in Sydney's west.
The girl's father began CPR when he found her, cold, unconscious and with no signs of life late on Saturday, CareFlight said.
Paramedics continued CPR, finding she was in cardiac arrest, and after further intensive treatment were able to restore circulation and take her to Westmead Children's Hospital in a critical but stable condition.
