Two men winched off Wedding Cake Rock

A man has suffered head injuries after he fell down a rock face at a popular scenic spot in Sydney's Royal National Park.
The man in his 20s had to be winched from the cliff at Wedding Cake Rock after the fall on Sunday afternoon. He is now in St George Hospital in a stable condition.
His friend was also winched to safety after he became stranded trying to help.
