Two men found dead in same NSW house two weeks apart

Police are investigating the suspicious deaths of two men found dead in the same northern NSW house two weeks apart.

Officers were first called to the home in Gurranang, about 25 kilometres north of Grafton, on September 13.

A body had been found inside and local officers established a crime scene and started investigating the circumstances around the 79-year-old’s death.

They returned to the Summerland Way home on Monday afternoon to make more inquiries about the first death, only to find another body.

They set up another crime scene and began trying to find out what happened to the man, believed to be in his 50s.

Strike Force Faneel was spun up to investigate as police declared both deaths suspicious.
