Truck driver killed in crash with train

A truck driver has been killed in a crash with a freight train in the NSW Orana region.
The truck, which was carrying grain, was hit at a railway crossing south of Narromine on Wednesday evening and burst into flames, sparking a number of nearby grass fires.
The driver, a man believed to be aged in his mid-40s, died at the scene.

None of the train staff were seriously injured.
