Three hurt in violent Sydney home invasion

A group armed with guns and a machete have forced their way into a Sydney home, attacking three people inside.

Police said five people went into the home in Bligh Park on Wednesday night, threatening those inside before assaulting two males and a female and fleeing the scene with a wallet.

The three who were hurt were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
