Three arrested in Sydney heroin probe

Two men and a woman have been arrested in Sydney's southwest as part of a heroin supply investigation.

Police say they seized a replica firearm, mobile phones, jewellery, cash, and a crystal substance, believed to be illicit drugs, when they searched homes in Edmonson Park and Villawood on Wednesday.

Two men, aged 41 and 37, arrested at the Edmonson Park home, face numerous charges when they front court. A 43-year-old woman arrested at the same address appeared in Liverpool Local Court on Wednesday charged with an outstanding warrant relating to traffic offences.
