Teens charged over NSW chase in stolen car
AAP
Two teenagers have been charged with leading police on a 70km chase in a stolen car across northwest NSW.
Officers tried to pull the pair over at Narrabri on Wednesday afternoon after spotting a silver hatchback reported stolen from Victoria earlier in the day.
Police say the 16-year-old driver, allegedly drunk and unlicensed, failed to stop.

Instead, the boy and his 15-year-old female passenger allegedly led police on a lengthy pursuit until they were arrested at Moree.
Both teens have been refused bail to appear at a Children's Court on Thursday.
