Teen stabbed in chest in Sydney

A 17-year-old boy who was stabbed in the chest in northwest Sydney remains in a stable condition in hospital.

Police say they believe the teen, whose injuries are non-life threatening, was involved in an altercation with a man outside his home in Castle Hill before being stabbed on Friday night.
