Teen stabbed in back in row at Sydney mall

A teenager has been stabbed at a shopping centre in western Sydney.

The 18-year-old was on level 4 of a shopping complex on Patrick Street in Blacktown at about 8.20pm on Wednesday when he was approached by four men.

An argument ensued and the teen was stabbed in the back, suffering a punctured lung. He is in hospital in stable condition.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who may have information to contact them.
