Teen dies in ute rollover in NSW

A teenager riding in a ute has died after the vehicle rolled over on a rural property in NSW's Central West.

The accident happened near Alectown, north of Parkes, early on Saturday.

Police say that initial investigations suggest the utility, driven by man with three male passengers aged in their late teens, went out of control and rolled.

One of the passengers died at the scene.

The driver and two other passengers were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
