Teen charged, gun seized in Sydney

A teen has been charged after allegedly aiming a gun at police officers in Sydney's inner west.

The 17-year-old was arrested and the gun was seized in Ashfield around 1am on Monday, police said.

A Haberfield home was later searched where police seized multiple items including ammunition, knuckledusters, computers and mobile phones.

The youth was charged with six offences and granted conditional bail to appear at a children's court in November.
