Three Sydney men have pleaded guilty to taking part in an international tobacco smuggling ring which allegedly also involved two brothers of Kings Cross identity John Ibrahim.

Ahmad Klink, 28, Fares Derbas, 31, and 45-year-old Talal Derbas on Thursday in Sydney's Central Local Court admitted offences related to the syndicate which they committed between November 2016 and August 2017.

Magistrate Beverley Schurr committed all three for sentence in the District Court and their cases will be mentioned in late January.

John Ibrahim is not facing any charges, but his brothers, Fadi and Moustafa "Michael" Ibrahim, are still before the courts over their alleged involvement.
