AAP
A man wanted in connection with a woman being stabbed in Sydney's west is himself fighting for life in hospital.
The 29-year-old woman was taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition with stab wounds after an incident at a Glenmore Park home on Tuesday afternoon.
Police say after they started a search for a 42-year-old man, believed to be known to the woman, he was found at Jamisontown and taken to the same hospital in a critical condition with what were believed to be self-inflicted injuries.
