Sydney machine operator crushed to death

A man has been crushed to death between two earth-moving machines at a construction site in Sydney's southwest.
Emergency services were called to a Camden Valley Way site near Campbelltown on Thursday morning after the 57-year-old worker became trapped, but the man couldn't be revived.
