Sydney home sprayed with bullets

The front door and the letterbox of a home in Sydney's west have been sprayed with bullets.
Officers were called to the house on Alfred Street in Granville on Wednesday night following reports of shots being fired.
Several bullet holes were found on the front door of the home and the letterbox, police say.

No one was injured during the incident.
Investigators have been told that a vehicle with a loud muffler was heard leaving the area shortly after the shooting.
Police are appealing for anyone with information on the shooting to contact them.
