Sydney home robbery duo arrested

A man has been assaulted and robbed by two armed men after they broke into his western Sydney home.

Police say the 60-year-old suffered facial injuries in the attack by the gun and knife-wielding duo, who left the Greystanes property in a Volkswagen ute.

Officers saw the vehicle nearby about 40 minutes later, arrested the men and took them to Merrylands police station for questioning.
