Sydney bakery worker stabbed while at work

A man has been stabbed at a bakery in Sydney's eastern suburbs.

The 40-year-old was at work at 11.30pm on Tuesday night when he was confronted by a man at the back door of the Randwick. The man stabbed the employee in the torso before running away.

The victim was taken to hospital in a stable condition and a crime scene has been set up.
