A man accused of killing a newborn baby in Sydney's west two years ago has pleaded not guilty in the NSW Supreme Court.
The 27-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, allegedly killed the seven-week-old girl who was found unconscious when emergency services attended a home in Regents Park in August 2014. She later died in hospital.
Justice Peter Johnson set a four-week trial to begin on July 10 in Sydney.
