'Suspicious' death probed by NSW Police

A 39-year-old man has died in "suspicious" circumstances in Bathurst, NSW Police say.
The man was found unresponsive late on Thursday night at a home on Seymour Street and taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A woman who was at the Bathurst property at the time was interviewed by detectives and subsequently released.
