One of the Lindt Cafe siege survivors has publicly questioned how gunman Man Haron Monis was granted bail.

Marcia Mikhael, who was shot in the leg during the siege, has told the Seven Network of her disappointment with the NSW justice system.

"How could someone so dangerous, like him, be allowed to be on bail?" she asks in an excerpt aired on Friday from a yet-to-be-aired exclusive interview.

At the time of the attack, Monis was on bail on charges related to the death of his ex-wife.

Ms Mikhael was reportedly paid more than $300,000 for the interview.
