Shot fired into home in Sydney's west

A shot has been fired into a home in Sydney's west.

Police say the shot was fired into the Bonnyrigg address just before 8pm on Sunday but the three adults and a teenager inside at the time were uninjured.

Police have set up a crime scene and say it's unclear if the shot was fired from a vehicle.
