Shots fired into two NSW homes overnight

There have been two separate shootings in NSW overnight.

Police say a 38-year-old man escaped unscathed after several shots were fired into the window of his Glenfield home, in Sydney's southwest, early on Tuesday.

The shooting happened shortly after the man was woken up by two men who knocked on his door about 2.30am and made several demands.

Another man also escaped injury during a similar shooting on the NSW south coast about 12.30am.

Police say the man was also arguing with two men who knocked on the front door of his Warilla home before a shot was fired through the front window.

The men were seen fleeing in a white sedan.
