A man has been arrested at a protest outside a meeting of indigenous leaders and politicians to discuss constitutional recognition.
About 50 protesters jostled with police in Kirribilli on Monday, yelling "Shame, shame, shame. Treaty, treaty now, treaty".
The arrested man is accused of spitting and was handed a criminal infringement notice by police.

The protesters accuse indigenous leaders of selling out by agreeing to progress constitutional recognition without enough consultation.
