Salim Mehajer dreams on in new clip

Tell him he's dreamin'.

The indomitable Salim Mehajer - dumped from Auburn council, facing multiple court battles, and beset by rumours of a split from his bride Aysha only a year after walking down the aisle - has released a "motivational video" entitled Dream.

The short clip, published on Mr Mehajer's Facebook page this weekend, features shots of the western Sydney property developer stepping out of his white Ferrari as a narrator ponders the big questions.

"Do you dream of being successful? Do you think you will ever make it to the top? Do you dream of becoming an inspiration to millions of people out there? Or are you just one of them?" the narrator asks.

"Not everyone will like you. Some people will try to put you down. They'll discredit you. They'll backstab you. Just be yourself, stay genuine and dream."

In one climactic scene, Mr Mehajer can be seen coming to the aid of an elderly lady, returning a forgotten mobile phone to her after she tut-tuts him in a cafe.

The video is directed by Manuel Abdo, the man behind Mr Mehajer's infamous pre-wedding video, and is billed as a trailer for a "full episode" to be released on October 21.
