Roxy Jacenko battling breast cancer

Sydney publicist Roxy Jacenko says it's business as usual for the mum-of-two after her shock cancer diagnosis.

The 36-year-old director of Sweaty Betty PR recently discovered a lump in her left breast and is preparing to undergo treatment for breast cancer almost three weeks after her husband was sent to jail for insider trading.

"You've got to tackle things head on and that's what I'm going to do," she told Seven Network on Wednesday.

"I've got two young kids and I've got a responsibility so I'm going to keep doing what I do and it's business as usual."

Last month her husband Oliver Curtis was sentenced to a maximum of two years in prison but is likely to be released after one year on a good behaviour bond.
