Powder at Sydney consulate not dangerous

Powder found inside an envelope at Sydney's Argentinian consulate has been deemed not dangerous by police.
The consulate was temporarily evacuated on Monday morning after an envelope containing clear plastic bags filled with white powder was discovered.
NSW Police on Tuesday confirmed the substance was not dangerous.
