Policeman over the limit at start of shift
AAP
A police constable will face court next month in Sydney after being charged over a positive result to a breath test at the beginning of his shift.
Police say the 25-year-old man, who is attached to a local area command within the Central Metropolitan Region, returned a reading of 0.077 on July 1.
He was charged with low range PCA and is due to appear at the Downing Centre Local Court on December 21. His duty status is being reviewed.
