Two brothers missing on NSW north coast

The father of two brothers who went missing from their Tweed Heads home on the NSW North Coast has allegedly refused to cooperate with police.

Police hold grave concerns for Jayden, 14, and Joseph, 11, who were last seen in their home at 3am on Sunday.

Following inquiries, police have arrested the 38-year-old father of the two boys.

The father is alleged to have broken a court order that prevented access to the brothers, and is currently not cooperating with police.

The man has since been charged with breaching an apprehended domestic violence order and appeared in court yesterday.

The boys are Caucasian in appearance and both sport shoulder-length blond hair.
