Police inundated with calls for Tyrrell

More than 500 phone calls have been made to Crime Stoppers and hundreds of pieces of fresh information have been given to police following Saturday's one-year anniversary of William Tyrrell's disappearance.

The public response to the renewed push for information has left Strike Force Rosann inundated with calls, a police spokeswoman said.

More than 2000 people marched through Kendall, where the toddler vanished, on the NSW mid-north coast on Saturday as part of Walk 4 William day.
