NSW man charged over woman's murder

A man has been charged with the murder of a woman in Sydney's west.
The 33-year-old man was arrested shortly after 7pm on Saturday at a property in Guildford West.
About nine hours earlier the body of Leila Alavi, 26, was found in a car in an underground carpark at an Auburn shopping centre.

The man was taken to Auburn Police Station, and has been charged with one count of murder and contravene restriction in Apprehended Violence Order.
He has been refused bail, and is due to appear at Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.
