Pen gun found during NSW man's arrest

A loaded pen gun has allegedly been found by police while arresting a NSW man on domestic violence warrants.
A 49-year-old man from Berkley in the Illawarra region has been charged with possessing the unauthorised firearm and ammunition without a permit, as well as charges of stalking or intimidating and breaching an apprehended violence order.
He is expected to face court in Port Kembla on Friday. The pen gun will be analysed by forensic experts.
