Pair charged with child neglect in Sydney

A man and a woman have been charged with child neglect after three children were found in unhygienic conditions in a southwestern Sydney home.

The pair were charged after police entered their family home at Liverpool on Monday night and discovered the children.

The three children were a teenage girl and two younger children.
