Pair charged in relation to hotel murder

A pair have been charged in relation to the murder of a man who was found dead in a Sydney CBD hotel room two months ago.

Police found the body of the 44-year-old man, believed to be Donovan Mileham, at a Kent Street hotel on November 17, three days after he checked in.

A 31-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman were arrested on Tuesday afternoon and later charged with accessory after the fact to murder, police said.

The pair has been refused bail and is due to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Wednesday.

A 30-year-old man is currently before the courts charged with murder.

The victim was found with a gunshot wound, police said.
