Officer 'threw object at motorcycle'
AAP
A police officer has been charged after allegedly throwing an object at a motorcycle at a random breath testing site in Sydney's south.
NSW Police allege the senior constable was conducting tests when he threw the object in an attempt to stop the motorcyclist, causing the rider to crash in Narwee in November last year.
He was charged on Friday with intentionally throwing an object at a vehicle or vessel, risking safety and has been ordered to face Bankstown Local Court on September 7.
