NSW youth worker denies indecent assaults

A NSW youth worker has pleaded not guilty to indecently assaulting a 15-year-old girl who was in his care.
The 39-year-old appeared in Port Kembla Local Court on Wednesday where the not guilty pleas were entered and an interim apprehended personal violence order was made against him.
He is charged with two counts of aggravated indecent assault and two of aggravated act of indecency involving a person under 16 who was under his authority.

His bail was continued and the case adjourned to Wollongong Local Court for mention on December 7.
