Police have concern for the welfare of the children, as some require medications and police believe they only have a limited supply with them.
Police believe the 39-year-old woman from Niagara Park may have headed towards Queensland.
Investigators are appealing for anyone with information about their whereabouts to contact Gosford Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 00.
