NSW tree lopper left dangling from tree
AAP
A NSW tree lopper has spent two hours suspended in the air when his leg was pinned beneath a fallen tree and another tree limb on Sydney's north shore.
The 57-year-old's leg was trapped on Monday afternoon, leaving him hanging about two metres off the ground at Ku-ring-gai public school, CareFlight said in a statement.
Fire crews and paramedics worked to stabilise the man and free him before he was taken by road to Royal North Shore Hospital with left leg fractures.
