NSW teacher charged over assaults on boys

A Sydney primary school teacher who allegedly groomed and indecently assaulted several of his young male students has been arrested.

It's alleged the 29-year-old man preyed on three boys at the southwestern Sydney school between 2012 and 2015.

Police began investigating the allegations earlier this month after reports an 11-year-old boy had been indecently assaulted by the teacher.

The man was arrested and charged with 14 offences on Thursday, including 10 counts of indecent assault.

He was refused bail to appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Friday.
