NSW paddleboarder found safe and well

A paddleboarder reported missing has been found safe and well on NSW's far north coast.
The woman was reported missing in waters off Hastings Point after last being seen in rough seas between two whales about 500 metres from shore.
An onlooker alerted police about 1pm on Friday when one of the whales she was near breached and the onlooker lost sight of the her.

The woman has contacted police.
