NSW Parliament building evacuated after security scare

Staff have been allowed to return to the New South Wales Parliament building following a security scare which earlier forced its evacuation.
Dozens of police cars and specialist units, including the bomb squad were called to Hospital Road, in Sydney's CBD, shortly after 10am, following reports of a suspicious package.

Hundreds of staff in the area were evacuated onto The Domain nearby.
The police operation has now concluded.
