NSW jet ski crash kills woman, injures boy

A woman riding a jet ski has been killed and a child has suffered spinal injuries after a crash with a boat on NSW's mid north coast.
Police say the woman died at the scene and an eight-year-old boy also on the jet ski was injured when they collided with a boat about 5.30pm on Friday at Nerong, south of Forster.
The child and the skipper of the boat, a male aged 46, have been airlifted to John Hunter Hospital.
