NSW inmate stabbed, airlifted to hospital

An inmate at a NSW prison has been airlifted to hospital after being stabbed.
The man also had hot water thrown on him at the Goulburn Correctional Centre on Tuesday afternoon.
Corrective Services NSW is investigating the incident, which resulted in the prisoner being taken to a Sydney hospital where he remains in a stable condition.
