NSW drug raid uncovers 617 cannabis plants

More than 600 cannabis plants have been seized from a house in Sydney's southwest.
Police say officers found 617 cannabis plants, with an estimated street value of $1.8 million, spread throughout 11 rooms of a Glen Alpine house on Thursday.
Two men, aged 31 and 51, were arrested at the scene.

They were refused bail and are due to appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Friday charged with cultivate commercial quantity of cannabis plant.
