NSW driver charged over fatal crash

A man has been charged over a fatal head-on car crash in the NSW's central west.

A 42-year-old woman died at the scene after her car collided with a ute on Sofala Road at Kelso in September.

The 49-year-old ute driver has been charged with negligent driving occasioning death as well as an outstanding warrant, and refused bail to appear at Orange Local Court on Friday.
