NSW carer charged with aged home assaults

A carer has been charged after she allegedly assaulted five residents at an aged care home near Wollongong.
The 48-year-old female carer allegedly assaulted three women and two men aged between 74 and 87 at the aged care facility in Warilla between October and December 2018.
The woman was on Wednesday charged with five counts of assault and was granted conditional bail to appear at Port Kembla Local Court on February 27.
