AAP
Almost 1800 sheep have been killed after a feeding shed was destroyed by fire in southern NSW.
A farmer was conducting maintenance inside the shed on his property at Trungley Hall when a hay bale caught fire and engulfed the building in flames on Friday afternoon.
The 67-year-old tried to rescue the 1800 sheep inside the shed but only a small number were saved.
