Motorcyclist dies after Sydney crash

A motorcyclist has died after crashing into a stopped car at a pedestrian crossing in the Sydney suburb of Regents Park.

The police critical incident team will investigate the accident after it was alleged he was being chased by police.

Police have denied there was a pursuit, but say a marked police car was nearby and helped the 22-year-old man at the scene.
